Useless call center agents and manager at lancet Johannesburg

I have had the worst experience with the tools that work at the account department, I was hospitalized in feb some tests where run and I have had a nightmare every since, apparently I have some outstanding amount but they can not give me a brake down of the costs involved also I had to do there work 3 times now cause they have no clue how to do a simple claim from the medical aid and now they want to claim 567.80 but can’t tell me what for, I also had a special agreement with them that they would stay within my medical aid rates but the broker the agreement, this is the most pathetic service ever and they have got zero telephone/ costomer telephone manners they also handed me over and then they sent me to attorneys who agnolages my consumer rights and amended the bill but then I still get the bill sent via email and wen I call them I am faced with brainless *********** idiots that are extremely rude and unhelpful is like they just wanna waist time and not deal with the costomer I have never been able to resolve anything with them and are always met with the we know everything and you are wrong attitude that not helpful and has to argue aggressively about everything, if you ever have to take blood do not and I repeat DO NOT make use of there services they are drastically overpriced and there services is just standard don’t waist your time or money.. I have submitted a complaint before but have never had any response and I have to deal with this issues they are a complete waist of time and life.. I will not pay anything extra for this *********** service and especially if they can’t tell me anything also I have caught them lieing to me numerous times tell me the medical aid this and that and wen I speak to the medical aid it’s the extra opposite I have phoned them numerous times and not once was a consultant able to assist me they always put me thru to the managers and they are more useless than the consultants which leads to really bad and *********** service.. this is a disgrace to the lancet name if I where you I’d sort this promptly and I was dealing with the Johannesburg call center to be spisific.. I feel that this is no way to treat a costomer yet alone run a professional service..
