Useless Bullies- Lancet

I am fedup of being harassed by Lancet for payment that Momentum cannot get corrected. Why does a customer need to get involved in IT matters? I was told the ICD code does not appear on the electronic submission to Momentum. Upon receiving a screenshot the code does appear on the submission, amongst some internal Lancet codes that also get sent. I have been told i must get Lancet to change their electronic submissions. On the other hand, Lancet would rather pay debt collectors tons of cash, instead of finding a solution with the medical aid directly as they do not "talk" to the medical aids. This service is pathetic. My mum is 71 years of age and needs to put up with corporate giant harassment, because its easier to just get the member to pay then actually render a service. Both organisations call themselves service providers...but all they are, are bullies and cash sharks. I am totally fedup and think i will change laboratories.
