Useless and no regard for the word service

Less than 1 start. Appalling service, and a service centre that doesn't work

I'm receiving calls and messages for over a year from Lancet, and their equally useless debt collection agencies

I've been contacted for over a year regarding an account that belonged to my late mother. I've sent through copies of the death certificate and everything else, but between you all you don't update systems, you don't capture information, you don't talk to anyone but feel its right to message and call up to 7 times a day to try and recover R234.70 that you forgot to bill, even when the medical aid was being closed, you didn't submit.

I've been waiting for months for a supervisor from another Lancet or the attorneys to sort this out

This matter will be taken further now, with costs from my side, as why should I have to deal with the emotional stress at work, as well as trying to entertain who I can only describe as uncaring and useless people. Yet something else in this country that has become a broken system
