Useless Accounts Department

I went to Clicks Cresta for a pap smear test in August and the cost of the test was 192 rands, i went to Lancet and paid the amount. Lancet sent me a statement showing i still owed 516.20 for RNA amplification.I queried this with Lancet as i didn't request for an additional test to be done.I was told they would check with the Sister at clicks and would call me back as the agent who i spoke with didn't know what the test was for. I further asked him what the cost of a pap smear is and he confirmed it was 192 but failed to explain why i was charged 516.20 which was way more than the pap smear test. This is ****************,i did not request for any other tests to be done with my sample and no one contacted me to request for further tests to be done.Until now i havent got my results yet i paid for them.Today i have received an sms that my account has been handed over for non payment when no one at lancet is interested in explaining to me what the additional test is for.If pap smear costs a total of 708.2, i wouldn't have gone ahead with it. This is *****ing from innocent people our hard earned cash.
