Useless

I have been trying to get the name of my invoice changed. I had my bloods done in Lancet ...Carlswald branch 24 Feb . The person working there who was of no help put the invoice under my Late Wife's name ( she died 7yrs ago ) I did go on Monday 26 Feb to rectify that error bit was told I must contact the accounts dept. He refused to let me phone from there. I have been sending numerous emails since 26Feb but only get the automated response. Will never deal with Lancet Laboratories again.
