How difficult is it for this place to put through a medical claim???? June until now the medical claim is still not sorted! It’s almost November!!!!! You have the correct details to put the claim through yet month in and month out you stress a sick pensioner to the point where she no longer gives a **** and has resigned to the fact she will die now as she’s so sick and tired of fighting to get this claim sorted! Look at what you ****ers have done!!! She is a human being and not a single person at Lancet gives a ****! You just got out on notice! If you want your ****ing money, you can do your ****img jobs, put the correct information you were given through and get it!!! My mom will NOT pay you a cent! Take us to court, we will prove in court you were given all the correct information, your workers are just too ****** lazy!

So go **** yourselves. We will not pay until someone calls to sort this out. We are DONE running after you!
