URGENT training is needed !!!
This just shows the absolute lack of competency in that Company they are not even concerned that they have a 90% complaint rating. Well you might think that i MUST make use of your services well ill Rather DIE then do this with you again !!!I have never been this frustrated and Angry with any other company. I have also requested to speak to a general Manager more than 10 times and no one wants to give me details so this is the very last request and the very last email
