URGENT ACCOUNT Query

I have been trying to contact your offices with no success re: outstanding invoice as per my email below, <br> <br> I have been surprisingly notified by the lawyers as re: outstanding invoice from 2014?,My query is that I was never advised that this amount is still outstanding even last year you did not contact me as I assumed medical aid had covered the amount, <br> There was no communication for the whole of 2015 and all of a sudden the account has been handed over to the attorneys,? without notifying the client?<br> <br> I have always settled my bills if there is an outstanding, my query is that you did not contact me or follow up ??but decided to handover the account without consulting me,<br> <br> I have no problem paying the outstanding amount to your account however I will not be paying any lawyer fees. <br>
