Unprofessional services!!

Pathetic 30% accounts department staff. I have been handed over without official documents an i have called the accounts department numerous times to no avail. I asked for a statement which i can submit to relevant departments to be sorted but they so clue less the staff they employ yet charge exorbitant amounts for bloods to be done. An also work on a sms system which is of no value as when we calling gap cover they asking were is the official email they sent. Sad to say they dont work with emails only sad sms system. An a very slow or the cheapest fibre network. Sad greedy services.
