Unprofessional male receptionist desperately requires training.

The male receptionist at Lancet Chatsworth complained loudly to a packed reception room about how if I had to do my glucose test he wouldn't be able to go to a family function. Still complaining as I went to speak to the nurses. He didn't realize that a family member of mine was in the waiting room as he continued to complain. Now, instead of us going tomorrow morning for the test, we won't be using Lancet Chatsworth for any blood work required.
