Unprofessional behaviour

Im lodging a complaint against Sylvester Han**** from Roseacres Lancet. Today his behaviour was unexceptable towards my husband and I. I went to fetch my Daughter from lancet because she was ill and when i went to ask where is she Sylvester came to the door asking me if i have a problem in a very hush manner with a giggle. I told him im just here to fetch my Daughter and i dont want to fight. When i asked for another staff member to speak to her Sylvester came out with the staff member and rushed to hit my husband i went in the middle and he punched me. The ladies that is employed by Lancet had to take him inside. Thereafter he came again to hit my husband he kept provoking us. This is so unprofessional from the staff member Its so sad that such a big company can have such pathetic behaviour ,there is morecto this ,because the HOD ricardo pillay refuse to take my calls,but after 2 hours my daughter phone him and he said he got nothing to do with this problem ,i feel we were treated very bad .
