Unprofessional behavior

Hi my name is Chantal, and for the past few months lancet has been sending me messages that they are going to hand me over, yet don't have an account with them, I keep telling them that the person they looking for is not me we have the same initials and surname but we not the same people, I have spoken to about 5 different people regarding this matter and was told that they are going to change it on the system but uptil today they still sending messages and when I called them today they cut the call on me. Lancet is was a reputable company but now their service is so poor.
