Unprofessional and painful experience – Significant bruising and hematoma

I visited this branch on 04/05/2026 for a blood draw and had a very distressing experience. The technician was unable to find a vein and began moving the needle around while it was still under my skin. It was extremely painful and has resulted in a significant hematoma (a hard lump and deep bruising) on my arm.

I am very disappointed with the lack of care and technique shown during this procedure. I would advise others to request an experienced phlebotomist if they have difficult veins, as the service I received was unacceptable.
