Unpaid refund!!!!

Totally *********** accounts dept at Lancet. Dec 2020 my medical aid paid my accounts. They sent me bills stating I owed them money. I paid R1000 believing my medical aid didn't pay them all. I kept receiving sms from them. Called them and this man says my Acc is in credit of just over 700, that I shouldn't have paid the 1000 because med aid paid. So he advised me to apply for refund. March 2021 I sent all required information. Beginning of May still no refund. June 2021, still no refund. I'm so annoyed by this incompetence.
