Unpaid Account

I went to the Doctor ( Peermed) in Germiston and sent to the Lancet Lab for blood test in September 2025 , I do blood test every six months and my Medical insurance always pay, so I called Kaelo to find out why they didn't pay the Lancet they said I must call the Lancet and ask them when I called the Lancet they told me that they will send me the Invoice to send to Kaelo so that they can pay , what I need to know why me must I do all this if I pay my Medical aid every month, and also Lancet put my name to the Attorney in 2months and they demand me to pay them , please Hello Peter can you intervene on this matter, I need help.
