Unnecessary delays

I did a blood test on the 02/09/24 in Durban. My bloods reached the Jhb lab on the 03/04/24. This test has a 24hr turnaround time. Today is the 09/09/24 and I still don't have results. I've been on the phone with their call center since 9am and nobody is able to give me a valid reason on the delay. This lab is worse than the NHLS. The call center is also a nightmare. I'll stick to Ampath next time.
