******** ITC Listing

I had a test done in May 2015 I received correspondence and I paid for the account. Then December 2015 I had a call to say I'm listed on itc for non payment for a test that was done in April 2015. I phoned lancet accounts department who said they could see on their system that I didn't receive correspondence. They apologised and I made an arrangement to pay the account over 3 months and now I'm being held liable for extra fees and being harassed by itcba on a daily basis. This account had been settled in full. I made the payments before the 1St of each month. However I will not be held liable for lancets lack of communication and the ******** practice. Herewith I request that you sort out the situation and please ensure that my itc status is clear as well. Else I will have no other option as to seek legal advice as I have the recordings of each call on my phone and all correspondence from my communication with itcba.
