Unknown and uninformed handovers by Lancet Laboratories

This is NOT the first time nor do I believe the last time I have received a Final Notice of overdue account from debt collectors on behalf of Lancet! The demand says I have a 'Long overdue Drs Mauff AC & Partners account, M********* with a current outstanding balance of R 194.90, was flagged for escalation to be listed as a NON PAYER with a registered Debt Collecting Company.' On this latest demand I have requested a statement or details of the patient and date of service and 7 days later have had no reply. I will in future ask the practicing Doctor to please refer anyone in my family in need of pathology tests to refer us to any other laboratory but Lancet.
