Unfriendly Nurse at Lancet Boshelong Hospital in Vosloorus
Frontline staff was excellent, but tbe nurse who drew blood samples was not.Her surname is Sibiya not sure if her first name is Nonhlnhla.She is so rough with the needle and it was painful throughout the process.I have drawn blood ma y times before and I normally feel the pain when the needle goes in after that I dont feel anything but with her the whole process was painful.When I brought it to her attention she was defensive and told me that I'm the first person to complain about pain.She did not apologize.I have no reason to **** a pain.Next time I will refuse to be drawn by her, can you please supervise her work and offer cou hing where necessary.Also work on her unfriendly attitude.

16 Feb 2026, 19:56Since I lodged a complaint about Nonhlanhla Sibiya from Vosloorus Lancet Laboratries, I only received an auto replay that my complaint has been escalated, no ome ever called me.The worst has now happened.
Today I visited my GP for blood test results , and I qas shocked that Lancet did not deliver the results.The Doctor called them and they said they will email them in 10 minutes.I waited in the Dr' s roo.ms foe more tgat 30 minutes , no emails.
Is this the kind of service thT we are subjected to.What assurance do we have that we are even getting the results from the correct blood samples if they are so careless.I will never use them again, their administration is Poor, they must continue to protect their Nonhlanhla.
I suspect that she threw my blood samples in the bin because I expressed my dissatisfaction abiut herservice.
I might have getting results from incorrect samples for the time I have used them.
