Unfair and unacceptable treatment to patient

Unacceptable action to patient. I was put into itc and handed over to an attorney firm for a 2019 account amounting to R191. The best part is that I was not even contacted once from lancet regarding this account. They have my contact details, email an address. I have been using lancet for the last few years and already a few times this year and not once any one told me of this account. I called the durban head office and calls are recorded and the guy helping me confirmed that I was never contacted on the system for this account and that he will immediately put a hold on the account. It is not acceptable for your credit rating to be damaged by someone else who does not do their work properly, especially when you maintain it well. I will not use lancet again for their unprofessional way of managing things. I will discuss this matter with my attorneys for damaging my well maintained credit rating.
