Unexplained Claim

I been phoning them to explain that they made an error on my account. Instead of investigating my issue they handed me over to debt collectors as a way to intimidate and harass me. Long story short, they claimed over R2600 for a simple covid test in August 2024! Yes over R2600! They have already collected about R800 from my medical aid and they want me to pay the difference.

Their contact centre is despicable . They work like unintelligent robots who dont listen to a customer.
