********* business practice trying to extract money to which they are not entitled

This health care provider is nothing but a bunch of *******. As a market leader in laboratory services this is my experience with this ********* business. At the commencement of the year they agree on a tariff that would be charged to the medical aids as a d esignated service provider they charge what ever they prefer to charge for a service. The medical aid pay 100% of the agreed rate for a particular service. However it is short of what they try to get the medical aid tell the patient that the patient is not responsible for the short fall and they have advised them of the overcharge the laboratory now try to extract payment from the patient who advised the medical aid of this problem as well as lancet via email. Lancet are not satisfied of this they now try to extract payments for the shortfall to which they are not entitled from the guarantor. What a disgraceful un ethnically practice . Do not use them at any cost.
