Undue Harassment

Being Harassed unnecessarily. Lancet did some tests in September 2018, they advise that my medical aid rejected the payment as it was a duplicated charge, I have requested them to investigate with my medical aid and let me know what is going on. Nothing is being done, all I see is harassing emails and SMS's. Not acceptable and will not be bulldozed into making any payment if it is not legitimately and/or correctly due. Pathetic service and attitude.
