Unathorized Test

Had surgery in September last year. Receive a bill from lancet for an amount of R783 which my medical aid did not pay. Lancet asked me to send the path lab notes to my medical aid , which I did. The medical aid then requested a motivational letter from my doctors. I contacted my doctors and they both confirmed in writing that they did not order the test. I had e-mailed lancet in 20 February 2015 advising them of this and also attached the e-mails from the doctors and the two path lab notes that was a bit questionable. I requested an investigation by Lancet into the matter. On the 16 March I got a call from Lancet ITC BA requesting payment. I advised the lady that I was awaiting feedback from lancet. I followed up with lancet by way of e-mail and also called the call centre. I was told by the agent that the senior supervisor was still investigating. I got another call today from ITC Ba requesting payment now with interest and I still have not heard from Lancet.<br> Need answers urgently
