Unaccountable Abomination

Lancet is the most uncommunicative, inefficient, ********* business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with regarding monetary matters. They erroneously ran a test on a urine sample when I paid an consented to a blood test, and charged me the urine test amount (conveniently R2000 more in cost) after I had already paid for a blood test. I now regularly receive notice that I owe them R2000 fora urine test I did not consent or agree to pay for. I have spoken to over 10 people form the company on multiple occasions, with no solution to the problem ad no help. Each person diverts me to the next and the issue never gets resolved. My emails are ignored. I now have been contacted b a DEBT COLLECTOR for an amount I do not owe and now have to worry about being blacklisted. This is completely unfair and not right. Avoid at all costs.
