Unacceptable Service
LANCET IN THRUPPS CENTRE - My elderly father and I both fasted for blood tests, and were at Lancet in Thrupps 8AM on Thursday 8 February (the time they open during the week). Another doctor informed us that no, there is no one there because they got a “last minute call” to be in Rosebank instead. What kind of business is this? That we now have no idea when someone will or will not be there to take a bloods anymore because of “last minute calls”? Totally unacceptable.
