Unacceptable practise
Explain to me why you have handed over my account to Strauss Daly, when I have a standing payment arrangement with Lancet itself as well as Clayton as SCOLS? This is unacceptable practise. I've been payment according to the existing arrangement for almost a year now, and no one could be bothered to tell me that you've sent my account to another collection agency? What happened to SCOLS? And what happened to the existing payment arrangement that I haven't missed a single payment on?????

21 Apr 2023, 16:43Strauss Daly is now harassing my ex-employer regardless of the fact that I told them more than once, I am unemployed! I want this matter sorted out immediately, otherwise I will simply stop paying altogether! I will not allow these debt collectors to bully my ex-employer or myself. I have reported them and I will report you too, if this is not sorted out asap.
