I have called the call center numerous time today as I had received an sms starting that funds were claimed on my medical aid.

I had advised the consultant that I had not had bloods or any other tests done on myself in the consulting doctors rooms nor did I have it done in their Labs.

However, the consultant (Stabile) had told me that I need to request that the doctor advise them to not process this claim.

My argument was that this is my account on my medical that is being submitted, why do you need the doctor to withdraw something that was not requested in the first place! Furthermore, it's not added cost on my part to go back and request for the doctor to not have this done as I would be charged a consult fee.

This is thoroughly inconvenient as I needed these funds to use for consults that I actually go for.
