TREAT A PERSON LIKE A ********

I had NO idea I had one payment o/s of my daughter's birth 6 months ago.<br> All of a sudden I get a rude msg from their debt collectors that I have to pay this money IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE.<br> I have no problem paying my bills.<br> But I do have a problem with being HANDED OVER when I never even got ONE call to say listen do you know there's a payment o/s or ONE email telling me. I was total blindsided by this and I feel so violated when someone contacts me to collect money like I'm some sort of ********. When they couldn't in 6 months send me one invoice or one call to even let me know this bill exists. Then when I email them and ask them about this they totally ignore me. Suddenly no one works at Lancet. Maybe they've taken their whole accounts dept out and all the bills automatically go straight to debt collectors to save them employee salaries.<br> PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC COMPANY. These days they hand you over for R2.50. There's just no actual person to person following up anymore. Just BAM YOU'RE HANDED OVER PAY NOW!!! OR ELSE!!!!!<br> It's RUDE and so so so degrading to do that to a person. I have always paid my bills. I'm not struggling financially.<br> Disgusted!
