traumatized

I recently had to have some routine bloods done at Lancet laboratory mount edgecombe and I was left traumatized by the nurse who left blue bruising on my hands and being poked more than twice as I was told I had difficult veins. I am terrified of going ever back to Lancet laboratory mount edgecombe as this nurse appeared to have great difficulty in drawing my bloods she appeared to be a fair nurse with mole on her face. she also did not use gloves while touching me or taking my bloods. I also had several tubes taken from me left me feeling so weak. I also saw an dry spot of blood stain on the floor
