Totally ***********

<p>I reveived a lawyers letter but no bill. I asked where acc was sent to, my e mail address was totallly wrong but correct on the form I completed. Then they send an invoice with a different amount, trying for the last 2 weeks to get someone with ***** to answer me but no luck. Have sent numerous mails as well. I actually sent the same mail 80 times & got a response that a manager will contact me, thats also a week ago.</p> <p>Shame on you, pathetic.</p>
