TOTALLY FED UP!
In February 2015, My hubby and I had tests done at the doctors surgery, which was submitted to lancet. Discovery only paid my husband's portion R809.40 account number Y***, then 12/03/2015 I received a statement from Lancet stating my portion R953.80 account number Y***, was not paid. I immediately sent the claim to Discovery. The person handling the claims at discovery added the paid and unpaid amounts and paid Lancet an amount of R1763.20. I immediately informed Discovery, they reversed and refunded my MSA. Now Lancet has an additional amount or R953.80 in account no: Y***. All Lancet has to do is transfer from 1 account to another! I called discovery and lancet numerous times to explain this totally messed up situation EVERY TIME! I received sms's and called the c/centre each time to explain they say they will escalate and still nothing gets sorted out. 2 wks ago I spoke to Stersia at the c/centre she requested a letter from discovery authorising them to do the transfer, then I called discovery (Leanne Willemse) whilst I was on the line, Leanne called Lancet, A letter of authorisation was requested. Leanne sent this on 28/04/15. PS Transfer the R953.80 to Y***
