Total incompetence

<p>I started receiving emails about 8 months ago from lancet regarding an outstanding bill. I had not been to the doctor, so I queried it and found out the the bill was in respect of a Mr C pearl. I am Mr K Pearl and am not responsible for bills for C Pearl. I notified them of this act, both in writing, and on the phone on numerous occasions. I received verbal assurances that this would be corrected, but never heard anything back from the emails, even though they were sent to the address given on the SMS's. The SMS harrassment continued for months, sometimes 3 or 4 SMS's per day!!!</p> <p>Two weeks ago I received a letter from ITC threatening to blacklist me if I didn't pay. I sent a letter back to ITC explaining the situation on the 20th of March. I have now received a threatening phone call from ITC saying that if I don't pay immediately, I will be blacklisted. I once again went through the whole rigmarole of explaining to the person that I am not C pearl, I am K Pearl, and am not responsible for the account, and never was. </p> <p>I have even asked both companies to show me documentation where they got my name and number, but neither have responded, obviously because this does not exist. </p> <p>I am one step away from istituting legal action against Lancet and ITC for getting me blacklisted without any substantiation. </p> <p>From a search no this site, it seems that this is the standard method of opperation of Lancet , to harass innocent people into paying bills that they don't owe, just to stop the harassment. </p> <p>This company needs to be stopped!!!!!!!</p>
