Total idiotes. Be warned!!

Very frustrated with Lancet accounts department. Four months of fighting with them. They *****ulantly claimed from my medical aid for tests done on a dependant that has never had any tests done at all and now they are trying to harass me to make payment. What kind of idiotes do Lancet employ???? Unbelievable!!!! This is not the first review I've posted since in this matter, but up to date Lancet has not contacted me and the automated reply they will give to this post with a so called ref. no is a load of nonsense. Does not yield any results.
