I paid Invoice 13/04/2025 for R57.80 on 17/04/2025, but due to a misallocated reference number, Lancet Laboratories keeps calling me about this amount.

I’ve sent six emails with proof of payment and spoken to them multiple times, yet the calls continue. This is unnecessary harassment.

I demand immediate allocation of my payment, written confirmation that the account is settled, and that all collection calls stop.
