Threats of listing with an unkown acc

Hi<br> I have someone who has been receiving sms' and emails of threats of being blacklisted. We have been trying to alert lancet of this and them claiming that the system is updated. To this day we still get such threats. I think you are hit by serious system threats or ******** using our details. Please assist
