Threats of debt collection but no invoice sent

I continually reieve sms about outstanding amounts and on each occasion request an invoice. i have yet to recieve an invoice and everytime I phone with my name and ID they can't find the account.<br> <br> Lancet is very quick to hand you over to a debt collector but will not tell you what you owe them money for.<br> <br> I will now insist that my Doctor no longer use them for any lab tests based on the number of online and offline compaints I suggest that everyone else follow suit.
