Threats even though I make payment!?!?!?

First of all, I spoke to one of your agents in the accounts department (Werner) who assisted me and did an excellent job. I am still not happy about the way Lancet handled this. I made payment arrangements for my account to pay R1000 each month until my account is settled. I have 1 more payment to make. Take note that last month I paid R1900 instead of R1000 - yet Lancet agents harass me every month with phone calls as a "reminder" that I must pay. Why don't you call people who do NOT make a payment instead of calling people who actually do? Second I got an SMS yesterday that I need to pay the outstanding R1000 immediately or my account will be handed over. You have just ****ed me off!!!! Hand me over? Are you kidding me!?!? I have been paying religiously - even more than I'm supposed to and you have the audacity to hand me over? I will pay the outstanding balance on the very last SECOND of this month and in future I will pay only what I'm supposed to at the last possible minute. If you want a problem client you just created one. I am SO upset over this. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't even bother responding as Werner already apologized and made notes on the system which by the way sends out nasty SMS messages like this to loyal paying customers. Thanks for making me feel like a ******** who runs away from paying their accounts.

Dear Mrs Cronje
We apologise for the manner in which we have handled your accounts.
Although your payment arrangement was accepted and we gratefully received your promised payments, the consultant failed to set up a Contract on your account. Your accounts would then have been excluded from our normal collections process. We sincerely regret this error and confirm that we are now setting the Contract in place so you should not receive any further demands. (The last SMS would have been the one sent on 19 May – please ignore).
Sunjin, please remove from Dialler
Lerato -please set up on Contract
We trust this is in order.
Kind regards
GM
