Threatening emails and phone calls

I went to a Lancet Kroonstad branch in December 2020, was assisted by a male african nurse. He assisted me as i went there for my INR test, and i told him that it a cash transaction. After 20 minutes he called me that i must come back to pay, i went back as u just collected my kids reposts at school. Send my sisters son to pay as i waited in the car, firstly he said he doesnt have change for 200 notes, i gave him 160, then he said their systems are down and he will email me the receipt.

Now im being threatened by your debt collector that they will blacklist me so something i know i paid.

Good day,

Thank you for email received. I received a call this morning, around 08:10 from a lady who used to call me by the name of Ncamisa using *** and she told me that there is a mixed up of contact details and identity regarding their accounts.

I have requested her to send an email of clear my name and the laboratory, once received i will publish on this platform.
