This looks like a **** even if I tried to justify your actions
In July 2025 my medical aid paid the fees after I had paid Lancet out of my own pocket and Lancet sat and never said anything. On 06.11.2025 I get an sms stating that I owe +R600 and I knew something is wrong. Only when I called asking my am I even owing them when I have not done tests - I was then told I have a credit due to me. If I had paid the R600 were they going to tell me? I have called twice on 06 and 07.11.25 and I still struggle to get through to the second department where I told they will help. I also sent an email on 06.11.25 but still awaiting at least some acknowledgement of that email.

21 Nov 2025, 14:26Hi Team, finally, someone contacted me, and my refund was processed. I had to follow up a few times, but I finally received it. Now I am struggling to get a statement that shows how you consolidated the accounts. I called on 20/11/2025 and spoke to a lady who was so professional and promised to email it as a password-protected document. Before sending this response, I checked and double-checked my emails to avoid falsely accusing you. But you also have professional ****s sitting in the call centre making empty promises. And you even pay them a salary for it.
