Regretfully your Accounts division is unable to be of any assistance to me regarding an account going back to July 2021. I had the pleasure of talking to Winston at your JHB office this morning Monday 15 August 2022 in his defence he has politely promised to ESCALATE my query & to advise the bloodhounds to backoff on their demands for R207.00. Unfortunately as i have said on many occassions Escalate means I am passing the buck because quite frankly i dont give a rats ass about your problem... Some may say its a harsh critisism but I am yet to be proved wrong. All I do want to say at this stage is Credit Controllers need to be taught the diffrence between a Debit & a Credit before been unleashed on unsuspecting patients customers & even more so when you have ill equipped Collection Agencies doing your dirty work. Come on Lancet its not that difficult when you have a credit of R207.00 on one account & a shortfall of R207.00 on another account it DOESNT mean I owe R207.00 it means you need to pass the credit on to the account with a balance. Double entry principle DUH....
