They overcharge patients- *******!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lancet are a bunch of ******* who conduct tests that were not requested then charge the patient and harass them for payment. Last March, I went to the Lancet lab in Helderkruin for a Covid and influenza swab. They decided to do a whole bunch of respiratory tests which were not requested and have sent an exorbitant bill which they demanded payment for.

I refused to pay and explained the situation which they are determined on not listening to. They kept on sending statements and calling and I kept on explaining the issue- nobody seemed to be interested. I eventually sent emails (which they take weeks to reply) with documented proof yet they refused to acknowledge their error. I then got the GP to send a letter to them- after which they promised to investigate. 4 months later, they have not given me an outcome but handed me over to debt collectors who keep on harassing me for payment.

They are a bunch of ******* and patients should stay far from them.
