I'm extremely impressed with Sifiso Vilakazi. He was prompt, professional & very helpful with regards to the query I had for MONTHS with Lancet accounts management (which I still can't believe)
My overall experience with lancet is usually horrific but when Safiso picked my call he was quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. What a gem
