The Worst ever services received from Lancet Labs

I needed to do my Monthly PI test done, I normally go to the Lancet Labs in JHB where I live and never have any issues... Today I needed to do my PI test closer to work in Hatfield and I came across thee most unhelpful, rude Lancet representative ever. She argued that I needed documents to do a PI test, after telling her about 10 times that I do these test on a regular basis and that her information was not correct, she then called someone and whom I spoke to and they confirmed to her that I do not require any documents to her response, THEY KEEP CHANGING THINGS.... nothing had changed she was just unhelpful... Her name was Thabo and I really didn't appreciate her attitude and service..... Something needs to be done about people to deal with clients who have absolutely no customer etiquette, have no clue about facts and then still have the nerve to argue.... Thank fully I kept my cool as I was afraid that she would hurt me as I hate needles, lol.... Shocking Lancet Hatfield....
