Thanks Grace at Lancet Wilgers for wonderful service

On 17 July 2024 I went to Lancet at Wilgers Hospital for a blood test. A fairly normal thing but I have tiny baby veins that pop and cause extreme difficulties for both the nurse and myself. Delia was great and put me at ease and Grace did the miracle of getting enough blood for the tests without digging around into my arm. This might not sound like much, but to me it was everything and the customer service was fabulous. Thank you.
