Tests done without payment? Account sent for the first time after 600 plus days

Last week I received an sms for an account that needs payment. When I called your customer care, I was told that it was for my grandfather. My grandfather is on medical aid yet this was not charged as such. Furthermore this was done in July 2019 and this was the first time I received notice, almost 2 years later. I informed the agent that my grandfather cannot afford this and they would need to call me to resolve this as it would need to go through medical aid. It is strange that Lancet would even do the tests without payment. This needs to be investigated on your side and rectified as this account is not going to be paid by cash. Stop sending me messages now for payment and sort it out.
