Terrible service ever

Lancet Laboratories is the most unprofessional call center ever and they don't respond to emails and the telephone calls is extremely terrible where they cross lines and two people are on the line and drops the call in your ear. I have a refund that is due to me. I called them 3 weeks ago and was told my refund will be paid in 7 to 14 working days. Than they send me an email on the 1st of March requesting my ID, proof of payment and my banking details which I already gave to them telephonic 3 weeks ago, but had to email it again to them. This morning they called me to tell me I owe them and when I asked about my refund they transferred me to the refund department where I had to hold on for almost 10 minutes and the phone was dropped in my ear. I requested the telephone recordings for today the 3rd of March and for the 20th or 21st of February not sure about the dates I spoke to the consultant.
