TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Pathetic service from the CALL CENTRE! You send an email and over ONE WEEK LATER, still no response from them!!! When you finally reply, they take another week to respond! WHOEVER MANAGES THESE CALL CENTRE AGENTS CLEARLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE STAFF!!!
