Terrible service

I'm disappointed and outraged at your levels of communication. Despite medical aid covering a fortune of tests over many years. Dealing with Cancer is absolutely difficult. But Lancet will harass you continously. The lack of empathy from staff is concerning. I have asked numerous times for consolidation of statements and for arrangements to pay Lancet directly. However these issues have fallen deaf. They don't reply to emails and neither do they show any reasoning when dealing with accounts. Not sure whether to deal leukemia or stress from harassment. Terrible service. I simply want to pay them directly and not 5 debt collectors.
