Terrible customer service Lancet

Been recieving very poor and unprofessional services from lancet...trying to get through to someone who can assist me with an account of mine and I seem to be speaking to people who cannot understand simple english...i have called over 5 times now only to be put on hold for ages...when you ask to speak to a manager the same thing happens and no one gets back to you...its very disappointing to know that you have been a client for years now and this is the treatment we recieve...
